1. MOVE

60 mins

We know that being active is beneficial for our health, mental 

well-being, and self-esteem but how can we move more? Our experts talk habits, health, and how to reduce the amount of time spent sitting for long periods.

Outcomes:

Inspires participants with the motivation they need to start their own exercise programme. Daily exercise also decreases stress, boosts your immune system, keeps you productive, and helps you sleep better at night.

4. STRENGTH TRAINING

60 mins

Exercise that uses the resistance of your own body to build strength, increase flexibility and burn fat. No equipment or weights are used in strength training, and the exercises can be performed anywhere there is a floor and enough space to move in.

Outcomes:

Builds muscular endurance. Burns fat. Builds strength. Increase flexibility. Teaches exercises that can be done anywhere.

7. HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING - HIIT

30 mins

HIIT, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods, and the best part? You’re still burning calories for hours after you stop! 

Outcomes:

This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Intensity of workout is relative to participants level of aerobic fitness. Short but very effective. HIIT is also proven to reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression. Workplace shower recommended.

 

10. YOGALATES

60 - 90 mins

Yogalates is inspired by yoga and Pilates, as its name suggests. It harnesses the physical and mental benefits of both practices, and has an emphasis on strengthening of the core.

Outcomes:

Increased flexibility. Toning and conditioing major muscle groups. Breath control. Posture alignment.

2. PILATES

60 mins

Pilates is for everyone and our highly qualified instructors will find the right adaptation for your people.

Outcomes:

Pilates builds strength, stability & mobility for better posture & a healthier and fitter body.

5. MASSAGE

05 - 60 mins

Even short chair massages in the workplace can relax stressed staff, improve employee wellness, build morale, improve 

productivity and staff satisfaction. Choose a quick chair massage option to a full body on massage a table. Duration can range from 5 minutes to half an hour or more.  

Outcomes:

Relieve tension, aches and pain. Release shoulder tension from prolonged sitting in front of a screen. Relaxation. Boost energy.

8. BOXING

60 mins

Increase strength and conditioning and build lean muscle with a boxing workout that is suitable for beginners through to experienced boxers. All equipment supplied.

Outcomes:

Enhanced cardiovascular health. Cardio reduces the risk of heart disease, burns calories, and assists with weight control. Improves strength. Better hand-eye coordination. Decreased stress. Improves body composition.

 

11. BOOT CAMP

60 - 90 mins

Our qualified trainers ensure you get your health and fitness gains while minimising chances of injury and optimising your workout experience.

Outcomes:

A fast and effective fun workout. Group exercise that incoporates (HIIT) high intesity interval training with strength and stretching. Excellent for cardiovascular health, toning, fitness and building muscle.

3. YOGA

60 mins

Tailored to experience. Accessible to first-time students of Yoga and regular practitioners. Designed to tap into your relaxation response to help manage stress and build energy for our daily activities. Breath, posture and movement practices that get people and moving. The class ends with restorative relaxation and brief rest called savasana.

Outcomes:

Focus your mind, release tension and reclaim balance. Invigorate and energise. Heal and reconnect. Improve posture and increase flexibility.

6. KETTLEBELL

60 mins

Kettlebells are strength-training equipment made from cast iron. Our qualified instructor will use kettlebells to build a fitness routine for all levels that will challenge your body and build strength, stamina, endurance and flexibility unlike other pieces of equipment. The functional movements that you perform with a kettlebell resemble movements that you perform every day. Kettlebells supplied.

Outcomes:

Kettlebells are known to improve overall strength, core power, balance, flexibility, and coordination while also melting fat and sculpting healthy and lean muscles.

9. QI GONG

60 - 90 mins

Qi-gong (pronounced chee-gong) means energy (Qi) and movement (gong). It is an ancient method to restore and improve health and vitality. It is sometimes referred to as ‘internal training’.

Outcomes:

Qi-gong is about aligning energies, storing of Qi at the dantien (solar plexus) and allowing it to flow through the channels and acupuncture points. By using the breath and gentle relaxed movements, blockages and restrictions are released. This allows the Qi to move freely and, as a result, the body is able to function with flexibility and strength. Importantly, Qi-gong also helps break the cycle of mental and emotional stress.
