These are based on the well-established Positive Leadership Model developed by Prof. Kim Cameron who has shown evidence of their link to exceptional business outcomes.

I learnt more about burn out than I knew previously. Some of our practitioners have experienced this so I have done some reading up on it, but google has never given me as good an understanding of the warning signs etc as this workshop did.
