5. MENTAL HEALTH TRAINING FOR WELLBEING CHAMPIONS

This 3 hour workshop is designed to coach members of your team to become workplace Mental Health Champions. Participants will gain an understanding of common mental health issues and signs of mental ill health. Develop skills and the confidence needed to offer basic support to colleagues who may be struggling,  and how to effectively direct them to outside help.

8. MENTAL WELLBEING AT WORK FOR LEADERS

This workshop looks to train managers on how to identify the signs and symptoms of mental distress, and equip them with tools to support psychologically safe work environments where everyone has the best chance at thriving.
