"This hands-on and engaging mindfulness workshop offers individuals an opportunity to delve into the age-old practice and discover its numerous advantages through practical exercises. It serves as an excellent platform for individuals to personally experience the benefits of mindfulness and brainstorm strategies to incorporate it effectively in their professional environments. The workshop commences with a brief overview of mindfulness, providing participants with essential background information.

- Mindfulness intention setting

Then we move into the practice; Mindfulness Menu (activities for team to try out and recharge themselves in the session):

- Mindful colouring - Mindfulness body scan meditation

- Mindfulness of thoughts meditation
- Mindful breathing
- Mindful chocolate eating
- Mindfulness of senses meditation
- Mindful walk and cloud watching"
