"Our registered nutritionist will deliver healthy and delicious recipes to support optimum health and happiness. She will start with a short presentation on how to build and sustain your wellbeing over winter in which she will cover;
The importance of eating seasonal fruit & vegetables
A guide to immunity boosting supplements - which ones will give you the best boost over the colder months
The wonders of water and how much is required
Plus the benefits of exercise, social connectedness and meditation on your digestive system
We then move into 'the kitchen' to design some easy and amazing recipes that will support your nutrition, gut health and immunity in the winter months.
Our 4 course meal will include
Flu shot - an amazing blend of turmeric, citrus and herbs
Ginger, star anise, herb bone broth
Beetroot Hummus with Seedcrackers
Main Course
Indian spiced lentil and vegetable soup
Chicken wraps with cashew herb pesto, apple and mint coleslaw
Sweet Treat
Chocolate chia pots with homemade healthy raspberry jam
