"Our certified Mental Health Coach will guide you through the concept of changing our language around mental health. To consider the idea that we all have mental FITNESS, and that it is not binary (either on or off) - instead our mental fitness lies on a continuum. A contimuum that we all move up & down depending on many variables in life. Explore conversation strategies that we can all have in our mental fitness toolboxes - strateiges that will be individual for everyone, and help you all discover some of your own strategies on the day that can move you up the continuum.

Expand vocabulary around mental health (mental fitness, mental fitness continuum, feather touch/punch in the arm/car crash etc. Reduce stigma & prejudice around mental health challenges. Recognise early signs & symptoms in your own body & mind. Easy to implement strategies to improve our mental fitness."
