Available in:

Workshop

Length:

90 mins

With the fall out of Covid-19, workplaces have seen extensive change. The overnight move to remote working, a global pandemic affecting global offices and supply chains and the uncertainty of lockdown has left people feeling disconnected. Organisation, collaboration and communication has been pushed to the limit and we need to look at openly discussing the change to bring teams back together. In this workshop we look to rebuild our working relationships and create stronger collaboration in the workplace.

Outcomes:

We use the C.H.E.C.K Method in this workshop to highlight:- Communication, Honesty, Empower, Collaboration, Kindness. A system using behavioural psychology and performance coaching to look at:
- Bridging the communication gap between employers and employees
- Acknowledging the past two years and and how we can manage the change in a positive way.
- Empowering everyone in the workplace to look at their employee wellbeing to create better productivity and work performance.

Wellbeing Workshop has over 100 workshop topics to choose from, and not all of them are featured on our website. It can be daunting trying to select the right workshop for your team, so please get in touch if you need assistance.

We will take the time to understand the culture of your organisation,  any challenges that you may be facing and where you are at on your wellbeing journey.

All our workshops offer relevant and science-backed information that is both practical and thought provoking. Content will be tailored to suit your requirements or created.

Our aim is to get your people thinking about how  to better support themselves both personally and professionally. Offering support and mental wellbeing training opportunities within your organisation, will help you build a healthy workforce and positive workplace culture.
