OVERVIEW
Financial stress doesn't stay at home. It walks into work every day, affecting concentration, relationships, and performance. Yet money remains one of the most difficult topics for employees to raise with their employer. This workshop creates a safe, non-judgmental space to explore our relationship with money and build practical skills for financial wellbeing.

WHY IT MATTERS
A 2023 ANZ Financial Wellbeing survey found that nearly half of New Zealanders experience significant money-related stress. For employers, this translates directly into reduced productivity, higher absenteeism, and disengaged teams.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN
• Understand the emotional and psychological drivers of money behaviour
• Identify and reframe unhelpful money beliefs and habits
• Build practical budgeting and financial planning foundations
• Reduce shame and anxiety around financial challenges
