By using an evidenced-based empowerment approach, this workshop provides the skills that increase your ability to relate to others more confidently, and provides everyday tools you can use that encourage others to find their own solutions. Everything is built on relationships, and the key to fostering good relationships is communication. Our ability to perform well together depends on communication and this means understanding what others are saying.

Outcomes:
This workshop builds on challenges and skills of how to manage those conversations by listening, and how to get the best out of others. Participants will leave the workshop with a greater sense of self-awareness and empowered with strategies to foster improved communication. This is a facilitated workshop that includes participation, interaction and self-reflection by individuals within the group.

4. PLANNING FOR CHANGE

Using evidenced based methods, this workshop explores how to plan for change providing tools and strategies to use for oneself or supporting others to do so. Change is always happening around us. Whether we choose it, or not, we need it in order to evolve, learn and grow. But sometimes change can feel daunting and uncertain. The workshop explores with participants how they can enhance their ability to deal with change by considering their situation. Participants will leave with a written (evolving) plan on how they will implement their change and the tools to continue to do so.

Outcomes:
Provides an understanding of turning a challenge into an opportunity. Teaches strategies to explore and build a greater understanding of how to make a change. Encourages empowerment and self-reflection. Explores aspects of building a sustainable plan for change.

2. BUILD EFFECTIVE HABITS THAT LAST

This workshop looks at how can you form healthy, productive habits.  Especially relevant when more than 40 percent of the actions you perform each day aren’t actual decisions, but habits.

6. HOW TO HACK YOUR WELLBEING

The health of your vagus nerve and overall autonomic nervous system can be measured via Heart Rate Variability (HRV). Good HRV is linked to: experiencing more positive emotions, improved perceptions of social connectedness, more creativity, improved cognitive performance, better physical health outcomes. The good news is you can improve HRV with lifestyle interventions. This workshop provides interested employees with all the knowledge they will need to monitor and track their own HRV. This will enable them to understand which lifestyle interventions work best for them personally.
