Outcomes:

Practicing iRest can help you fall asleep more easily and experience more restful sleep throughout the night. If you wake during the night, following the steps of iRest can induce the deep relaxation needed to get back to sleep. During the day, iRest ‘naps’ of only 10 or 20 minutes can help you fall into short periods of restful sleep, so you awaken refreshed and ready for the rest of your day.
